Miinto is going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan! In 2020, we successfully launched 6 new markets and we’ve decided to add more talent onboard to support our continuous expansion journey.

That's why we are now looking for an agile, dedicated and ambitious Project Lead to run with our expansion plan. 

As Expansion Project Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing all projects in relation to expanding Miinto into new markets. You will be working closely together with multiple stakeholders from other departments, managing the overall project until we successfully launch our business in the chosen markets to do a proper handover to relevant project owners.

You have a solid background in managing multiple projects, preferable experience with expanding other bigger ecommerce platforms into new markets, and moreover, it’s a big advantage if you have experience going into the US market.

What you'll do

 

• Defining the project scope, goals and deliverables
• Delivering updates on the progress and possible obstacles facing a project
• Managing and resolving issues as they arise, identifying potential risks and creating plans when/if they occur. 
• Planning the expansion with operational excellence and local compliance in focal
• Reporting and documenting progress to communicate with the team and key stakeholders
• Providing quality assurance tests and proper handover to key stakeholders.

 

What we're looking for

 

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Project Management
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strive to get things done
• Team-oriented personality enjoying working closely with others
• Analytical and proactive mindset
• Experience with understanding regulatory and legal world is a plus
• Knowledge of fashion e-commerce will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of Product Development based on 4D’s is a plus but not a must.
