Our value chain and customer journey is not built on robots, but the connection and teamplay of 1.800 partner shops and brands connected to Miinto. This role should optimise this collaboration to enhance the customer journey for global customer shopping from local boutiques.
Downstream the role is dedicated to optimise both digital solutions to support retailer’s collaboration with Miinto, but also to optimise how their work flows run to get the most of the collaboration. You will be servicing our top 100 partners to onsite and remotely audit their setups and support them with optimisations and implementations. Upstream you will be focusing on feeding learnings, optimisations and business cases to our dedicated tech domain optimizing our systems and product to retail and brand partners.
We are a dynamic and young company with more than 200 employees, passionately working to connect all fashion boutiques and brands in Europe on our platform, and we expect to triple our business over the next 3 years. You will become part of an international, diverse team of ambitious and dedicated subject matter experts to inspire and support you.
